What is your return policy?
Like most beauty and fragrance companies, we cannot accept returns on personal care products. Fragrances are bottled to order and made specially for you.
Items received damaged or deemed unusable are eligible for same item replacement if reported to Inspiration Scents upon receipt of order.
We reserve the right to handle replacement orders on a case-by-case basis, and will do our best to ensure our customers are satisfied.
Please email [email protected]pirationscents.com with your order number, the item that was received damaged, and a description of the problem.
What is your shipping and handling policy?
Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days from the time we receive the order. We ship orders Monday-Friday and want to get your order to you as quickly as possible. However please note that Covid-19 has made some shipping time estimates unreliable. Due to shipping regulations, all fragrance items are shipped FEDEX Ground.
We offer free shipping on orders over $99 within the continental U.S. We currently do not ship outside of the US.
We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from Inspiration Scents, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, address, phone number and a password. We use this information to process your order(s), to keep you updated on your purchases and to personalize your shopping experience.
Our secure servers protect your information using advanced encryption techniques and firewall technology.
To keep you informed about our latest offers, we may notify you of current promotions, specials and new additions to this store. You may unsubscribe from our newsletters by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email you receive from us.

What is an I.S. Exclusive?
An I.S. Exclusive is a fragrance made for or created with a special person. There is a story behind each I.S. Exclusive scent and it makes the fragrance even more personable to share with everyone.
Can I request a new Olfactory Sentiment that you don't have already?
Currently, we are always looking for feedback and love to hear from you on what sentiments you think we should do next. Our new fragrance release schedule is seasonal, so we do review suggestions for new scents. Please send us a note to [email protected] or in our Contact Us page with your Olfactory Sentiment suggestion to be considered for our next season release.
Can you create a custom scent for me?
At this time we are not taking requests to create custom perfumes or scents. It is in our future plans to provide this service. Sign up for our newsletter to keep informed of when our Custom Creations service will be available and to keep up to date on all new fragrances we release.
How often do you release new fragrances?
We release a new Olfactory Sentiment I.S. fragrance once a season. Spring/Summer/Fall/Winter
Where are you located?
House of Olfactory Sentiments is located in Manhattan, New York. We do not have a physical storefront.
Do you offer free samples of your fragrances?
Currently, we do not offer free samples of our fragrances. We currently working on sample boxes that will be available for purchase soon.
Are your fragrances safe, cruelty-free, or vegan?
I.S. fragrances are made from ingredients such as essential oils, extracts and absolutes. Our products are phthalate-free, and vegan and are not tested on animals.
